All new appointments require a $50.00 deposit.

This is your first deposit towards your alterations or custom dress. For In-Person Appointments I offer a 12-hour Cancellation Policy and I will refund you 100% of your deposit or reschedule you for another date. No refunds for no-shows. “Custom work” in this policy will refer to any custom design Desireé Marie Design works on.

 

All custom work is non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

 

To begin any custom work, at least a 50% deposit is required for custom work and formal/bridal alterations.

 

The other 50% is due before the client takes home the custom work/garment.

 

If the client fails to make the remaining 50% deposit and 6 months or more have past and the client has not contacted Desireé, then Desireé will be able to keep/re-design/re-sell the client’s custom work and the client loses all deposits/work.

 

Payment types accepted

Online payments at www.desireemariedesign.com are preferred.

Squarespace accepts Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

Personal checks are accepted for the consultation fee, and first deposit, but no work will be completed. If paying with a personal check for the final deposit, it will need to be fully deposited into Desiree’s account before you can take home your custom work.

Cash is accepted in person.

 

Shipping

Shipping/Handling/Freight is additional for out-of-town clients and may be billed on a separate invoice.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.desireemariedesign.com (the “Site”).

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
